Ok, in pratica ti manca l'ipv4 (il .118) su eth4, che però il dhcp vedo ti ha correttamente assegnato. Prova a disabilitare l'interfaccia SFP, mettici una option auto '0' e riavvia tutto. Vediamo se in mancanza dell'altro indirizzo glielo assegna correttamente. Devi anche spegnere il wansensing, mettigli enable su 0.

Se servono anche gli altri comandi li giro qui. Per ora il problema sull'ipv4 rimane

si mi servono sempre anche ifocnfig, route e il contenuto di network. In quest'ultimo devo vedere se è cambiato qualcosa dopo aver spento wansensing, visto che da quanto dicevi disattivandolo avevi un "peggioramento". Da ifconfig devo vedere cosa ha attualmente assegnato come ipv4 la porta eth4. Da route devo controllare che non sia cambiato nulla. Fai anche un "/etc/init.d/network restart" e logread, vediamo se segnala qualche errore in fase di setup dell'ip ricevuto.

E' facile che se ti dico di impostare a mano l'ip su eth4 - sempre dopo averlo comunque ricevuto in dhcp - poi ti funziona ma dobbiamo capire perchè non succede in automatico.

Logread dopo il restart di network. Il comando l'ho dato alle 12.21 circa (minuti piu minuto meno), quindi non so se tutto il pezzo prima possa servire, ma l'ho messo ugualmente.
EDIT: Come non detto, mi dice che il post supera il massimo consentito di caratteri. Cerco di accorciarlo il più possibile

Così come era quando ho postato i log aveva lo stesso problema. Domani mattina appena rientro faccio la prova del ping e modifico il file cwmpd.

Dunque,
corretto il file cwmpd, ma come avevi previsto non è cambiato nulla di particolare.
Ho provato a fare il test del ping (sia da pc che da router) e vanno a buon fine.
Il problema della connessione "ridotta" però rimane, vale lo stesso anche da cellulare collegato in wifi o dal portatile collegato sul un'altra lan (ma anche in wifi è lo stesso). Ovviamente gli stessi siti che non vanno sul fisso non vanno nemmeno sul cellulare.
Mentre stavo eseguendo i vari ping, è saltata la connessione (mi dava "connesso ma senza accesso alla rete"), i vari ping funzionavano ugualmente, semplicemente non riuscivo a navigare.

Non so se può servire, ma ad ogni accensione del router mi si apre chrome sul fisso e mi rimanda alla pagina

Prova a disabilitare ipv6 sul pc e vedi se a quel punto funziona normalmente. Controlla anche se con un altro mac address abbastanza diverso (cambia la terz'ultima cifra) ottieni il medesimo risultato. In tal caso è probabile che tu non abbia clonato quello corretto (oppure è corretto ma il vendorid non coincide, quindi per lui sei comunque un nuovo device da registrare), e che pertanto ti stia chiedendo di registrare quello attuale che lui non ha mai visto prima d'ora, quindi tenendo ipv6 spento vedi se ti apre ancora il browser su quella pagina e prova a riandare su registrazione.fastweb.it
