certo tramite porta wan seno qua sul sito non ci potevo navigare

Allora c'è stato sicuramente qualche problema durante l'installazione della gui, prova a dare un "upgradegui" da ssh e vedi se dopo funziona
P.S. non scrivere nuovi post uno dietro l'altro, modifica il predente se devi aggiungere qualcosa

ho fatto upgradegui ma dopo l'aggiornamento e provato a installare luci nullla da fare
se provo a reinstallare la gui tramite la gui stessa mi scrive IDLE
non mi fa cambiare l'IP modem principale ed esce questo errore: Indirizzo IP SFP
169.0.0.2
Non può essere usato un IP appartenente all'intervallo degli IP pubblici

Si basta che cambi l'ip dell'SFP in qualcosa come 172.16.1.1 e poi puoi cambiare gli ip, è un problema della configurazione originale Fastweb.

Fai una prova su Gui Settings, metti dev invece che stabile e dai nuovamente upgradegui da ssh, vediamo se risolvi

prima da gui ed e andata ma poi come ti e successo a te mi e uscito l'errore provandoci ad entrare quindi ho applicato il consiglio che mi diedi post indietro
comunque a me servirebbe usare questo modem con wifi client ma non ho trovato nessuna guida a riguardo ma solo ce chi scrive di smanettare col comando wl ma io non ci riesco
ho letto che e l'unico che tramite il chip 5ghz riesce a risocndere al comando wl ma va fatto tutto tramite ssh

Riporto qui un dettaglio interessante riguardo questo dispositivo, nel caso qualcuno abbia voglia di indagare più a fondo

a mervirebbe riuscire a fare cio ma e tutto spiegato in modo blando

Avevo scritto "potrebbe": non volevo allarmare nessuno, ma siccome uso questi router testando i limiti a volte vanno in crash.
P.S. Almeno nel router in mio possesso il connettore della seriale era già saldato sulla board.

Forse perché nessuno a provato ad usare questo router come client. Poi usare il 5ghz come client è quasi una contraddizione in termini. Tieni presente che il chip è molto "permaloso" e a volte fallisce (boot loop continuo del router) e non so se il rischio vale la candela.
