Ciao a tutti,
grazie @roleo per lo schema ho saldato un microswitch sulla motherboard e fatto un foro sulla copertura.....risultato un cecchino!!!
Praticamente ogni pressione dello switch o corto con un pezzo di filo è un failboot, prima  pressione si aspetta 5-7 secondi poi seconda, terza, e al quarto riavvio abbiamo cambiato bank ;)
A me ha funzionato e dopo aver massacrato il pulsante di accensione ....ho deciso di fare la modifica in modo permanente.

il mio è già sbloccato ma mi hai messo in testa che si potrebbe usare una MCU che legge i messaggi dalla seriale e al momento giusto manda la B. Intanto va montata la seriale.....

Ciao, mi potresti dire come realizzare una seriale sul router, o finisco OT?
Ho problemi di riavvio continuo, il router è finito in una sorta di bootloop.

Ho smontato il DGA4130 e con una graffetta riesco a fare il reset ma il modem parte sempre con il firmware 1.1.1. Cosa sbaglio? A questo punto è un problema di tempistica. Puoi spiegarmi in maniera più dettagliata possibile cosa devo fare?

Salve
Di preciso non saprei quando e cosa sbagli, posso solo cercare di essere più chiaro.
Gli spegnimenti sono 3 e le accensioni 4.
Dopo la prima accensione conta 27 secondi (dovrebbe conicidere pochi istanti prima che si spegne il led di rete l'ultimo a destra) spegni conta 1 o 3 secondi spento e poi riaccendi e siamo a 2 ON e 1 OFF.
Ripeti fino ad arrivare a 3 OFF mi raccomando la pausa d 3 secondi quando spento.
Al 4 ON sta partentedo sul BANK2 fate completare il boot e accedete da web al modem e vedrete che il firmware quello che era su BANK2.
Criticità:
Io l'ho provato con le impostazioni del modem di default.
Provate a cronometrare quanto tempo ci mette a spegnersi l'ultimo led a destra quello con  simbolo la rete, togliete 2-3 secondi e quello è il punto di spegnimento.

Qualcuno mi dice come inserire foto? :clap:

Ciao sarebbe più facile postarti le foto è facile vicino la CPU (la riconosci per via del dissipatore) c'è il posto per un connettore a 4 pin che manca
Il 1 primo pin quello di riferimento NON VA COLLEGATO
Il 2 secondo è la massa GND
Il 3 Terzo TX Rosso
Il 4 Quarto RX Bianco
Io ho usato un cavetto che si usava una volta per collegare i CD alle schede Audio
Facile,
Il difficile e mettere 2 resistenza SMD da 100ohm dove mancano vicino i segnali "3 e 4"
Come posso mettere 2 foto?

Io per collegarmi ho usato un volgarissimo adattatore USB -TTL da 2 Euro made in china.
La seriale funziona sempre sbloccato o non sbloccato.
il tasto B va premuto durante una pausa che fa durante il processo di BOOT si mette in attesa di 2 max 3 sec e ti scrive "wait for B"
se premi B sulla tastiera il modem va direttamente in ascolto TFTP all' indirizzo 192.168.1.64 e si accende ad intermittenza il led "Arancio"

Ciao già mi sei stato molto di aiuto, un tempo mi dilettavo con i vecchi agpf e qualcuno l'ho dovuto recuperare col jtag, grazie all'aiuto di altri più esperti di me sul forum.
Quindi esiste la possibilità di interagire poi nella seriale?

Intanto ti ringrazio per avermi risposto. Guarda, nel DGA4130 il led relativo alle porte ethernet è il terzultimo e non l’ultimo. Questo led si spegne dopo circa 57 secondi dall’accensione. Io pertanto ho provato a spegnere il modem a circa 54 secondi ma non sono riuscito a concludere niente. A questo punto non so più che fare... Ho anche chiesto aiuto a roleo ma non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta...Mi vado convincendo che questo metodo del fail boot è per pochi fortunati...

Ok lunedi lo riporto in lab (ora lo uso a casa) lo ricollego al pc e e poi appena posso posto le schermate intanto forse riesco a mettere qualche foto.

Ok grazie, sei la mia ultima speranza. A questo punto credo che il problema è la tempistica sbagliata di accensione e spegnimento. Non capisco però come è possibile che ad alcuni funziona il metodo del reset mettendo a massa il pin 15 della JTAG. Ho provato diverse volte ma senza risultato...

buongiorno a tutti, e grazie per l'impegno che ci mettete...siete grandi. una domanda però, io ho un pc con windows 10 e tfpt, nonostante le guide seguite qua e là su internet, non riesco a farlo partire in alcun modo. l'ho scaricato da qui http://tftpd32.jounin.net/tftpd32_download.html ed ho seguito le guide (in inglese) che dicono di abilitarlo su "attivazione o disattivazione delle funzionalità windows" che si trova sotto il pannello di controllo. qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema ed è riuscito a risolverlo ? grazie in anticipo per la risposta

Tutto quello esposto quì è giusto i parametri sono corretti io aggiungerei di abbassare la velocità della scheda di rete ho avuto problemi con un PC che si connetteva al modem a 1000MB e l'ho abbassata a 10MB dalle proprieta del driver di Windows.
Aggiungere di mettere il cavo al connettore di rete giallo n°1.
Verifica anche il firewall che TFTP64 abbia le porte aperte sia private che pubbliche, sopratutto pubbliche.

Ma a questo punto mi chiedo, è possibile che ho entrambi i Bank con firmware 1.1.1? Sono giorni che provo lo switch dei bank con il metodo del fail boot. Premetto che comunque prima di provare a switchare i bank ho usato TFTPd con firmware 1.03 e la procedura sembra concludersi positivamente... Non riesco a capacitarmi come ad alcuni il metodo funziona e a me no...

Ragazzi risolto il mistero del boot  su BANK2

Stavolta in maniera scientifica e a occhi chiusi potete farlo, ma andiamo con ordine.

Il problema non consiste in quanti secondi devono passare dall'accensione ma da quanti millisecondi deve stare spento, vi spiego meglio
il modem DGA4132 (ma penso valga anche per DGA4130) deve essere spento 3 volte più o meno tra 22 e 27 secondi non prima e non dopo, il problema deve essere riacceso subitissimo in pratica si deve spegnere per mancanza di alimentazione ma non va bene a riaccenderlo dopo 1 secondo perde la memoria del precedente boot, ma se lo fai troppo velocemente non si scarica il condensatore e in pratica non si spegne.
Ci si accorge dello spegnimento perche il led "Arancio" si spegne e si riaccendono i 2 rossi e il Verde/blue in mezzo, ma una volta ripartito il boot deve arrivare più o meno a 22-27 secondi e li va di nuovo spento per un millisecondo e fatto ripartire fino a fare 3 partenze interrotte la quarta e con il boot su BANK2, ma solo la quarta perche se lo spegnete di nuovo la sequenza si annulla e dovete rifare tutto daccapo.
Spero di essere stato chiaro.
Allego il log della console seriale pote vedere evidenziato in gialla la scritta che ho preso per riferimento come il punto dove spegnere (ma poco prima o dopo non è critico)
In Rosso vedete il contatore del boot che si incrementa.
In Verde spegni accendi veloce
