il tuo problema è diverso
prova a disinstallare il modem e da risorse di rete, reti per microsoft ,e se hai una scheda di rete disinstallala.
spegni e riaccendi il pc reinstallando scheda di rete . reti per microsoft ,protocollo TCP/IP; e il modem .
dopo riconettiti e prova. :rolleyes:

ok i valori sono ottimali quindi l'instabilità è da ricercare al trove
1) potrebbe essere il modem
2) da una scarsa potenza dell'alimentatore del tuo pc e funzionando al limite potrebbe per un attimo andare in protezione togliendo alimentazione al modem usb e ridandola dopo pochi istanti sufficente per interrompere il link quindi l'allineamento
3) potrebbe essere qualche filtro che non trasforma una delle prese da seriale a parallelo in questo caso quando si alza la cornetta del telefono con il filtro in esame si interromperebbe il segale adsl a monte
4) uso di filtri di marca oceat che danno di questi disservizi.

Ho un modem PCI (Michelangelo della Digicom) e come alimentatore un Antec da 430 W. I filtri sono quelli della Telecom. Forse è proprio il modem il colpevole....

hai provato a cambiare tipo di configurazione per esempio prova a modificare la configurazione di protocollo in RFC 2364 VCMUX anzicche il nome del tuo provaider vedi se va se diventa stabile faccelo sapere
