Qualcuno che ha già fatto un percorso del genere ha voglia di chiedere i sorgenti aggiornati del TIM HUB a Technicolor?
Non so chi era stato a chiederli nei casi precedenti.
Magari facendo notare che devono esserci tutti i sorgenti indicati nel loro stesso documento:

Se qualcuno sà la procedura per richiedere i sorgenti a tch non sarebbe una cattiva idea chiedere anche quelli del tg789vac v2 (16.3) ?

In particular the sources code of products being commercialized in Italy
and known as AGTOT (tg789)  AGTEF AGTHP under Tim brand

Se lo scambio mail presegue ti invito a chiedere che i sorgenti siano completi come da loro documento nel primo post.
Visto che gli ultimi sorgenti che hanno rilasciato sono stati abilmente ripuliti.
Per esempio kmod-ncr mancante, kmod-ripdrv mancante, etc...

hello,
in order to receive a correct answer from technicolor, you should not speak about an ISP branded modem (as TIM), only speak about the modem (TG799vac v2, TG789vac v2 Xtream 35b,... ). if the modem is attached to an ISP brand then they will told you to contact your ISP (TIM) about it.

They will ask you for the firmware version of the modem you want the sources.

The firmware version should look like this: “17.1.7841-0009005”. Could you please try again, the UI is displaying these details?  The values that you sent may cover multiple firmware versions and deviations. We need the exact firmware version embedded in your product, in order to provide the corresponding open source code.
This would apply for  the two products below:
•   TG789vac v2 iinet
•   TG789vac v2 Xtream

With respect to DGA4130 16.3 (AGTEF_1.0.3), we will treat this request internally and come back to you if additional information is needed.

at this point, and after sending the requested information, i NEVER received any answer, so i never received a link to download the source codes.
This is my experience with Technicolor...

i think it would be better to proceed like this :
1 mail, 1 request. do not ask multiple sources codes in the same email.
better use a different email and wait 24h before asking for a new source code.

Io avevo bisogno dei sorgenti per una vecchia versione e mi hanno risposto così (dopo circa 20 giorni):

We are currently working on providing you the source code as per your request and the applicable Open Source license terms.

We will contact you with next steps once we have identified any relevant code that will be provided.

Tra poco invierò un' email sfoderando il mio buon francese; tenterò con i codici del 4132. Sono un inguaribile pessimista, peraltro. Come al solito l'ottimo shdf ha fatto centro, mai citare TIM, altrimenti scatta all'istante lo scaricabarile. C'è da dire pure che tramite il seriale dell'apparato ci arrivano lo stesso.....mah, fortunatamente un'email non costa nulla

Credo che i pochi che sono riusciti a ottenere qualcosa l'abbiano avuta vinta solo perché hanno insistito molto.
Comunque credo che in generale ci farebbe comodo avere la versione 1.1.0 di AGTHP che se non erro è la 17.3.0177-1681035.

Non è che vedendo molte richieste di src si trincerano dietro il silenzio ? Nell'ipotesi mi contattano e me li diano i sources...    che ne facciamo ? A me od altro utente, ovvio !

Per quanto mi riguarda sono sicuro che non ci daranno mai un codice sorgente completo ma ci permetteranno di fare qualche passo avanti nell'apertura.
Senza sorgenti oggi non avremmo un repository e non potremmo compilare programmi nuovi in maniera semplice.
Oltretutto ci sono tante funzionalità che @Ansuel ha inserito nella sua GUI che non avremmo potuto inserire senza aver avuto accesso ai sorgenti.

PS Ricordiamoci che la maggior parte delle licenze open source che hanno utilizzato (vedi documento pdf nel primo post) li obbliga a rilasciare i sorgenti modificati.
In teoria una denuncia si può sempre fare.

@roleo tr l'altro con strings in ogni .ko (complimenti linux per questa genialata) c'è chiaramente in testa il license che in ripdrv è chiaramente GPL quindi devono per forza rilasciare i sorgenti almeno di quello!

According with the GPL terms and your Open Source Report I would like to get all sources code covered by those terms,
in particular for the above mentioned product ( TG789VAC XTREAM 35B ).

Please also let me know if I have to sign any agreement for any part of source code.
