Salve a tutti!
ho un problema con la chiavetta 4g MF823.
la riconosce ma non riesce a collegarsi alla rete.
Se imposto la chiavetta in modalità ethernet invece funziona, ma mi crea un doppio nat e non riesco in questo modo accedere da remoto.

in cui hanno modificato il menu dello zte per avere un accesso pubblico al router in modalità eth e non seriale.

Sì, ho esattamente fatto così, anzi ho pure cambiato l'interfaccia grafica, messa l'originale zte e tradotta in italiano. Ma non è da questo il punto, in modalità eth, mi viene rilevata come indirizzo IP la sottorete del modem 4g, cioè 192.168.0.1. Io vorrei riuscire ad accedere con il ddns, quindi con l'ip pubblico che mi viene assegnato ad ogni connessione. Per questo ho cambiato la modalità da eth a seriale.

Forse risolvi modificando la configurazione aggiungendo ip_url o ip_script per dare in pasto il tuo ip.

Il mio era solo un esempio. Le configurazioni accettate variano da servizio a servizio e bisogna sbatterci un po' la testa per avere una configurazione funzionante:

Infatti mi chiedo, nella card "accesso ad internet", viene rilevato l'indirizzo ip wan, ma non capisco da dove lo prende.
tutte le interfacce che ho provato non riescono a rilevarlo.
Anche se abilito l'assistenza remota, viene rilevato come indirizzo ip, l'indirizzo DMZ della chiavetta!

Magari ti serve commentare

Perfetto!! ora acquisisce l'indirizzo ip correttamente!
ora devo capire perchè non riesco a pingarlo, infatti non riesco ad entrare sia se inserisco l'indirizzo ddns, sia se inserisco direttamente l'ip wan.

Sei sicuro che sia un ip pubblico , ruotato e raggiungibile dall' esterno?
Se ne è già parlato in altro post e, che io sappia, quasi tutti i gestori mobili NON assegnano ip pubblici sulle sim

Hai ragione, ho detto una gran stupidaggine! Non posso avere un IP pubblico...
So che c'è il modo per impostare una vpn e ddns per accedere da remoto, ma non sono ancora molto pratico nelle configurazioni.
Ho messo strongswan e ora il ddns.
Ora mi dovrò mettere a cercare come fare il resto.

il ddns nel tuo caso non ti aiuta, di sicuro sulle sim ho mobile non puoi avere un IP pubblico (e probabilmente su quelli nattati hanno anche bloccato il ping..), una VPN con server esterno che ti fa il routing, forse, dipende dal tuo obbiettivo finale potrebbero esserci soluzioni più semplici

comunque una cosa non capisco, perchè ti riporta anche la connessione DHCP routed connessa? il modem è collegato tramite porta WAN ad altro?

La connessione DHCP routed connessa è una modifica che ho fatto io, mi da meno problemi con il VoIP e la chiavetta 4g e vede la connessione come se fosse una Wan. In questo modo è possibile anche vedere le nella pagina statistiche il grafico della connessione. Oltre alla chiavetta non ho altro collegato.
Anzi al modem ho collegato un hard disk e mi piacerebbe accedervi da remoto! Per questo ho pensato a ddns e con.
