Ciao a tutti, ho deciso di aprire questo post perchè sto sbattendo la testa da più di una settimana con questo modem, premetto che mi sono letto tutte le guide e i topic qui sul forum, purtroppo senza risultato su questo stramal.......... modem, le ho provate tutte, ho provato tutti i firmware, compreso questi di merlino (https://repository.ilpuntotecnico.com/files/merlino60/fastweb%20pirelli%2016%20mega%20flash/) per ultimo questo openrg-4.5.3.DWV_4.2.4.0003-DWV_96358.prod.wi e si riavvia di continuo, volevo mettere questi del D-Link sempre di merlino (https://repository.ilpuntotecnico.com/files/merlino60/fastweb%20pirelli%2016%20mega%20flash%20firmware%20d-link%20tp-link/Nuova%20cartella/) ma non ho capito come si fa per installarli, infine volevo provare OpenWrt letto in questa guida sempre qui sul forum (https://www.ilpuntotecnico.com/forum/index.php/topic,73459.msg191090.html#msg191090) ma non ho capito la procedura, mi aiutate per favore, grazie in anticipo a tutti

Ho installato questo openrg-4.5.3.DWV_4.3.2.0048-DWV_96358.img ora non si riavvia più, sono accesi il led power e quello linea, però non riesco a entrare da 192.168.1.1, sto sbagliando qualcosa?

A naso direi che hai caricato un firmware per l'8 MB.
Il modello da te menzionato è un po' più ostico del semplice DRG A226M A-411-200-1-8 (non ricordo la sigla precisa ma è più corta e senza B-FWB).
Direi che adesso lo hai brickato e devi andare di jtag. Trovi tutto sul ripristiso sul thread di ripistino AGPF con JTag, e i files che devi flashare li devi scegliere dal thread che tratta il router fastweb da 16 MB di flash.

grazie per la risposta, c'è l'ho già collegato in jtag, come ho spiegato sopra, mi sono letto tutte le guide, ho fatto tutte le prove ma niente, il problema è quale firmware caricare, ho provato questi di merlino60 fastweb pirelli 16 mega flash (https://repository.ilpuntotecnico.com/files/merlino60/fastweb%20pirelli%2016%20mega%20flash/) ma non va lo stesso, cioè, accetta tutti i comandi e tutti i firmware, al riavvio o non va in 192.168.1.1 oppure rimane con led power acceso verde, non è che per caso c'è una sequenza da seguire per installare le varie voci presenti nel repo di merlino60? :)

Probabilmente hai distrutto il CFE... ma forse è recuperabile
hai caricato una versione per l'8 Mega e parecchi si sono scottati con quei due files... innanzitutto hai già alice03 a bordo?

sisi, ho tutto e risponde ai comandi tranquillamente, anche da seriale...
Edit: non credo di aver caricato il file da 8M, ho usato quelli nel repo di merlino, per l'esattezza questi fastweb pirelli 16 mega flash (https://repository.ilpuntotecnico.com/files/merlino60/fastweb%20pirelli%2016%20mega%20flash/)

Io questi giorni stavo seguendo le novità sul firmware di roleo per agpf
non mi è ancora ben chiaro se il firmware roleo da mettere sul fastweb è esattamente lo stesso ma in quel caso forse potrebbe essere interessante sperimentare la procedura del post 77 di logan

dopodichè devi flashare un firmware roleo per VS
vedi qualcosa qui

i cfe dovrebbero stare nella cartella superiore
con questo dovresti metterci il firmware con più funzioni disponibile, ma a patto di metterci una schedina wifi broadcom,
mi pare che senza scheda desse dei problemi....
per cui se non hai la wifi credo tu debba optare per:
CFE (originale se merlino lo ha caricato o VS)
installazione di OpenWRT
considera che io mi stavo ripromettendo di metterci le mani, ma devo farlo una volta finita la sessione d'esami o perdo troppo tempo!

Dato che ci haio detto che hai la seriale, oltre al comportamento dei LED poresti scriverci anche me messaggi di escono quando carichi/esegui i vari firmware...
In base a quelli possiamo darti qualche consiglio in più!

a questo punto credo debba esserci un problema hardware, forse....

Vi aggiorno sulle prove effettuate, devo essere sincero non ci sto capendo più nulla, comunque da quello che si può vedere negli outseriale, l'unico a funzionare è la versione 4.4.2 dell'agpf telecom, i led si comportano quasi come agpf originale, ad eccezione di quello ethernet che rimane spento e lampeggia rosso se ci sono trasferimenti dati, però nonostante il modem sia allineato, non esce in navigazione, tutti gli altri fw compreso qualli segnalati da varma danno errore...

il thread a cui ti riferisci è per il DRG da 8 MB.
Fosse stato quel modello sarebbe stato un gioco da ragazzi.
Il 16 MB invece ha solo porting di altri router, oppure si opta per openwrt.
per openwrt potrebbe essere una cosa buona rimettere il cfe originale.
una cosa che mi salta in mente è di provare a capire dal thread generale del 16 MB se prima di mettere i firmware di roleo bisogna impostare una board specifica col comando b dal CFE, e poi di preciso non ricordo se servisse il roleo per AGPF o per VS, comunque sulla prima pagina del thread c'è il link al post di merlino che è riuscito a usare il firmware roleo.
seguendo gli indizi lasciati da merlino nei post successivi ci si dovrebbe riuscire

faccio il punto:
l'hardware è quello da 16 mega, leggete l'etichetta sotto ha la sigla che titola questo post.
nel mio caso ho installato il cfe originale della vstation.
(bisogna fare un test con il cfe originale del 226)
il blocco del boot a freddo con il tasto reset funziona.
il firmware che ho caricato funziona in tutte le sue parti ed è la seguente versione compilata e rilasciata roleo per la vodafone station:
RU_DVA-3672B_1.10_2010117
la scheda whifi deve essere sostituita con una broadcom e deve essere a bordo in fase di caricamento firmware, in due precedenti installazioni
aggiungendo dopo la scheda il firmware si bloccava in fase di caricamento.
i led funzionano nel modo seguente:
power verde
ethernet lampeggia in rosso
whifi lampeggia in verde
usb e voce spenta
linea in verde ma diventa rossa quando si inserisce una usb e lampeggia quando connette
fastweb accesi sia il rosso che il verde.
a questo punto sono convinto che funziona anche su agpf.
e sarebbe interessante provare a compilare un firmware con i driver ralink.

Vi aggiorno sugli sviluppi, dopo aver provato le varie combinazioni e ottenendo sempre lo stesso risultato, ho deciso di optare per Openwrt e anche qui ho avuto errori nel riconoscimento del boot, cfe, ecc, alla fine non avendo più soluzioni, mi sono ricordato di quando avevo caricato l'AGPF 4.4.2 e relativo CFE che quasi funzionava, cosi ho caricato per primo il CFE AGPF 4.4.2 da jtag, poi ho caricato il fw "openwrt-A226G-cfe-jffs2-128k-cfe.bin" con teraterm, ora posso accedere da 192.168.1.1 e sono in questa situazione(https://greeog.bn1.livefilestore.com/y2pKR5-uNBbjoB3R7c9GrZ1acvHhHtQ8wA199psj9-pInnq2OgeapD6KalG69DxC7MXOchvZAcYOsA_tviYEimKqMbr60vmKiTC1dncOixR5cI/X-Wrt2.JPG?psid=1)
ho inserito la nuova password come da richiesta e ora ho accesso a tutte le funzioni, ma non so che parametri devo inserire, oppure devo installare per forza il web luci?

che versione hai installato?
se è una trunk sicuramente devi installare luci da riga di comando
la 12.09 e forse le RC di barrier breaker mi sembra escano già con luci
con queste basta impostare la password con passwd da TELNET(EDIT) la prima volta
dopodichè raggiungi la webgui da 192.168.1.1
per installare luci da riga di comando è un po' ostico, perchè devi configurare la connessione di rete a mano e poi fargli installare
il pacchetto una volta connesso
trovi le guide in inglese direttamente sul sito di openwrt
o come già ho consigliato ad altri la guida per AGPF di latanadelgurzo è in italiano e ben seguibile
speravo riuscissi a mettere il roleo...per evitarmi un po' di sbattimenti! ;D
se ci riuscirò ti farò sapere!

finalmente sono riuscito a mettere il fw di roleo, ho seguito la guida indicata da miguel89,
questa è la procedura che ho eseguito
1)da jtag: Alice03 -erase:wholeflash spegni e riaccendi
2)alice03 -flash:cfe e ho caricato il CFE AGPF 4.4.2
3)da 192.168.1.1 upload, ho caricato il fw roleo senza CFE, RU_DVA-G3672B_1.10_20101117 (https://repository.ilpuntotecnico.com/files/merlino60/vodafone%20station%20hg553a/roleo/RU_DVA-G3672B_1.10_20101117)
4)di nuovo da 192.168.1.1 upload ho caricato il roleo, questa volta con CFE, RU_DVA-G3672B_1.10_20101117_CFE (https://repository.ilpuntotecnico.com/files/merlino60/vodafone%20station%20hg553a/roleo/&file=RU_DVA-G3672B_1.10_20101117_CFE)
5)al successivo riavvio da console ha chiesto i parametri della board, ho messo 3, si è riavviato.
6)sempre da console comando "b" e ho inserito il mac addr stampato sotto l'etichetta, psi era a 24, ho cambiato a 64, il resto l'ho lasciato invariato, riavvio ed ecco l'interfaccia web,

I led come si comportano?
Visto che io ancora non ho dovuto usare la jtag, che mi risparmierei volentieri, vorrei trovare una combinazione di firmware da flashare da seriale o webgui senza sbattermi troppo!
Appena avrò tempo mi seguirò il tuo post, quello consigliato da miguel e magari quello di logan sul nuovo firmware.
PS. ho visto che in molte guide e in altri post ci si sbatte molto per impostare i mac address

Il MAC address non si può cambiare in quel modo :(
Quel metodo funziona solo sui fw basata su OpenRG, mentre quello dlink non lo è!
Avevo letto che roleo aveva fatto anche una versione con i LED aggiustati per questo router, ma non so che CFE servisse... magari fai una prova...
Oppure prova a caricare i file di logan per AGPF al post di quelli di roleo e vedi cosa cambia...

Aggiornamento:
sono in rete con il modem configurato per infostrada,
comportamento dei led,
1) Power = rosso fisso
2) Ethernet = verde fisso, lampeggia il rosso quando si naviga in rete
3) Wi-Fi = verde fisso
4) Usb = rosso fisso con linea telefonica collegata
5) Voce = spento
6) Linea = spento, lampeggia verde quando si naviga in rete
7) Fastweb = acceso fisso rosso\verde
io non so come si fa, quindi chiedo,
so che si può cambiare tale comportamento, come si fa, cioè da dove iniziare,
se mi date qualche indizio posso provarci....

Come ti ho già scritto nel post precedente, roleo già aveva creato un'immagine con i LED "aggiustati"... (le trovi nel repository)
L'unica cosa che non so è con che CFE funzionava...
Tu che versione hai installato??
La RU_DVA-G3672B_1.10_20101117 è un po' vecchia!
Se vuoi sapere le varie operazioni per modificare un'immagine per aggiustare la configurazione dei LED o altro, leggiti questo topic (https://www.ilpuntotecnico.com/forum/index.php/topic,74865.0.html) (logan voleva fare esattamente la stessa cosa per l'AGPF)

ogni volta che ti viene quella schermata, a meno di avere ADBlock e simili, ti mostra una pubblicità
moltiplica per tutti noi utenti ed ecco che fulmine riesce a recuperare qualcosa di quello che spende!

Ne ho uno a casa e uno in ufficio ancora vergini.
Open RG vergine non mi pare si potesse mettere.
Quello che potrei farti è un dump della flash, se mi dici i comandi.
Imamagino che sia un openrg adattato fastweb
Per il jtag se ne parla almeno dopo lunedì prossimo...sessione di esami in corso...

Visto il lavorone che stai facendo sull'AGPF so che ne ho solo da guadagnarci.
Ma nei files di merlino non c'è già qualcosa? Nel thread principale dicevano di aver fatto un dump ma non so con che CFE sopra...

Logan, tienimi aggiornato se trovi i vecchi dump, così da poter mettere liberamente le mani sul router.
Se invece non mi fai sapere nulla resto fermo fino alla settimana prossima e tiro fuori il muletto con XP e parallela per la jtag.

esiste un openrg che funziona con tutti?
mi sembrava esistesse solo per il A226M A-411-200-1-8 da 8M
aspetto conferme che esista e magari flasho questo openrg che dici tu
da prima pagina thread ufficiale su questo router nella sezione hacking, sono quasi sicuro si parlasse di tre opzioni possibili:
1)OpenWRT (no ADSL e no VOIP come sempre),
2)Roleo (tutto funzionante con wifi G broadcom 4318),
3)D-Link o TP-Link (no VOIP e wifi N con broadcom 4322)
in ogni caso se ne parla dopo martedì, che fino a quel giorno non posso dedicarmi proprio ai router

ho fatto un paio di backup da interfaccia OpenRG tramite seriale
per accedere ho premuto ripetutamente ESC in una fase dell'avvio (appare sul terminale quando bisogna premere)
ho montato manualmente una chiavetta formattata EXT3
e ho dato i seguenti comandi

si riesce ad accedere via seriale anche ad avvio ultimato usando come utenti e password quelli scoperti da Jack, che lui consigliava di usare via telnet sulla porta 4647

sui router più nuovi hanno chiuso l'accesso da telnet sulla 4647, ma tramite seriale si riesce.
Non sono comunque riuscito ad attivare l'interfaccia grafica con i comandi consigliati da Jack nel thread principale in Hacking

Varma mi servirebbero i backup del jtag. Volevo dirti che per costruire il cavo JTAG sono necessarie 4 resistenze da 100 ohm e una porta DB25(porta parallela delle stampanti) e basta. Lo schema è uguale all'AGPF

lo so, ma ormai le ho ordinate...
in settimana magari mi ci metto...è che mi scoccia fare col fisso con xp e la parallela, che è lento da morire e la xilinx ha i cavi corti e da saldare
magari riesumo un portatile con xp dall'ufficio
