Hope all is well with you mate...
The 2nd modem is with the dealer and will be replace as soon as they have the stock (302T is out of stock...fast moving item !)
Anyway I am very interested in the J-Tag and decided to build myself one....even if I don't have much prior electronic experience. I need to know exactly what components and the their quantity. I also need to know where exactly to connect the J-Tag in the 302T.

Speri che tutto sia bene con voi compagno... Il secondo modem è con il commerciante e sarà sostituisce non appena hanno il di riserva (302T è dall'articolo commovente veloce delle azione...!) In ogni modo sono molto interessato nella J-Modifica e deciso costruirsi un....even se non ho molta esperienza elettronica anteriore. Devo conoscere esattamente che componenti e la loro quantità. Inoltre devo sapere esattamente dove collegare la J-Modifica nel 302T.

Glad to know you are going to solve your problems with your dead 302ts!
Also good news you decided to try the jtag interface by yourself.
Just another kind of surgery :-) however in this case the patient is already dead, so there's no risk at all :-)
Here is the components list:
1 x M74HC244B1 (or equivalent integrated circuit)
1 x BC337 (or equivalent transistor)
1 x 200 nF unpolarized low voltage capacitor
1 x 4.7 mF polarized low voltage capacitor
6 x 51 ohm resistors (or the nearest value, I used 41 ohm resistors)
1 x 10 kohm resistor
1 x 47 kohm resistor
all resistors 1/4 W
use an already drilled board to assemble the components and make the connections.
The JTAG connector on the modem is the 14 pins one named JP1 close to the power LED.
Perhaps there's no connector (as on my 302t), in this case you have to solder a connector on the pads or (better if you are not familiar with the solder, because you can easily destroy the metallized holes and the small pads) sold thiny wires directly on the pads, then remove them once you have flashed the modem.
