Coma da titolo ho upgradato il suddetto modem con il firmware di sub :
1)Acorp_LAN120_3.6.0D_1.0.01.RU_GPL_ADAM2_kernel.20060624.bin
2)fs-2.9.0.img
Per eseguire l'operazione come prima cosa ho dovuto settare le env con adam2 , inoltre non ho capito perchč in automatico con ciclamab mi falliva sempre giā all'inizio dandomi errore di connessione all'IP del modem (rete configurata a dovere).
Dopo ho riutilizzato ciclamab e ho ottenuto il seguente log:

Il led status rimane sempre spento , non č che qualcuno mi potrebbe editare il file led.conf da poter modificare il mio di
file per ripristinare il led 
Il kernel 2.4.17_mvl21_malta_mips_fp_le e derivato da versioni debian Mi scuso per la lungaggine del post , non me nč vogliano i moderatori
